Steps to reproduce : - go to http://www.nonoche.com/webtv/index.html - move the mouse over the icons - the whole icon panel jitters This doesn't happen in the current stable release of Safari.

I found more to this : - go to htto://www.nonoche.com/webtv/index.html - roll the mouse cursor over the icon panel, then move it out to hide it - now move the cursor from outside the window on its right into the window so that it ends up right on an icon as the panel shows the panel pops out at once, this doesn't happen in the current stable release of Safari.

Would be good to have a simpler testcase.
