http/tests/uri/username-with-no-hostname.html is flaky due to the preload scanner. Sometimes compass.jpg gets loaded twice: once by the preload scanner, and once by the normal loader. But other times it only gets loaded once. See the URL for an example failure. Bug 57334 comment 2 points out that this happens on Windows, too, even more frequently.

I disabled this test in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/82506 because it has been flakey on multiple platforms (e.g. https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57306).

Currently checked in results show that we block the load in DRT/WTR, which is not what the test is supposed to check.

Seems this PR removed the test: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/b075ff103a62074e78f87a6028e0f018dbb52b64 Nothing to do here. Marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
