Current result:

Radar 8610908 - Add a resource delegate method to query if WebCore should paint the broken image.

FAIL

See also bug 48781. The GTK port needs to expose a new resource load delegate to decide if WebCore should paint the default broken image when an image fails to load or decode.

Will skip test for now.
