This test is randonmly failing in the bots (observed in the GTK Debug bots).

Adding to Skipped file in the gtk port for now and adding people in svn blame to CC

I think I have a clue of how to fix this, attaching a patch proposal to fix this in some minutes...

I think this should be enough for fixing the flakyness with this test, although perhaps it could be worth it co consider modifying as well the usage of setTimeout in fast/spatial-navigation/resources/spatial-navigation-utils.js (not sure about this, though).
