Summary Web Inspector: REGRESSION files in Scripts panel is not updating on page reload.

1) file sample.html 2) load it into browser 3) open Inspector 4) change file on disk 5) do reload expect: new content in Scripts panel actual: old content in Scripts panel but new in Resources
