The page doesn't load in Safari and Google Chrome, two browsers that use Webkit, but does load in Mozilla Firefox and IE8.

This page loads and looks the same in Safari 5.0.3 and in Firefox 3.6.13 for me. 

Could you please describe the problem in more detail? What happens when the page doesn't load - is it just blank, or is there an error message of some sort?

Apologies - I tried the site in another computer and it works both in Safari and Chrome, so webkit is not responsible: my professional Internet connection is.
