transitions/cancel-transition.html is failing on Windows. See the URL for the diff. I've added the test to the Skipped list.

If you run the test in the browser it claims to pass. But the transition never restarts like it does on Mac, so it seems like it should fail. Something's fishy!

Maybe suspend/resume isn't working on Windows?
