Mesa needs to be added as a dependency to DumpRenderTree in order to use this software backend for testing WebGL and other APIs.

Created attachment 67956 [details] Patch Built and tested DumpRenderTree on Linux with this change as well as a forthcoming one to force DRT to use Mesa, and verified that DRT has switched to the Mesa backend.
