Add CString to the list of forwards for wtf/Forward.h

I thought this would be a fairly straightforward change that would work with all ports and wx needed it to build, so I landed it as a build fix, but it was reverted as apparently it breaks the Windows build. So I'm attaching the change as a patch to see if the EWS bot reports build breakage. Please don't r+ or r- this patch before the EWS bots build it.
