run-webkit-tests --exit-after-N-failures should not count new tests as failures I intentionally included new tests when I wrote the code, but I have since changed my mind. This causes too many failures on bots like Gtk/Qt which are often slow to add baselines for new tests.

I found my very old bug about it: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31829 I check the previously proposed patch and will upload here. Or should we mark this bug as duplicate and upload the patch into the original bug?
