webarchive/test-link-rel-icon.html fails on Tiger Release bot, skpping for now until someone with access to Tiger can investigate.

We've tried clean building Tiger, the regression still appears. I think http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/58917 is the most likely regression candidate, but I really don't know.
