The transitions/transition-end-event-destroy-iframe.html test asserts at !needsLayout().

This is related to rendering the iframe into a compositing layer, and therefore not getting a -viewWillDraw.

This test does not have any SKIP line or don't have any platform specific expectation, it seems to be not assert anymore (hence, no skip).

Searched via 'transition-end-event-destroy-iframe.html' on 'searchfox.org' (wubkat) to see any expectations.

So marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
