The user must tap on input fields twice to invoke VKB
To Reproduce:

Launch the browser with the keyboard closed (touch mode)
Tap on the URL/Search field
Note that the field is focused and there is a flashing cursor in the field but no VKB is displayed
Tap on the search input field again
Note the that VKB is displayed

This doesn't sound like a WebKit bug.
