The following api-tests are constant failures on Tahoe Release arm64: TestWebKitAPI.WKWebsiteDataStore.RemoveAndFetchData TestWebKitAPI.WKWebsiteDataStore.RemoveDataWaitUntilWebProcessesExit TestWebKitAPI.WKWebsiteDataStorePrivate.FetchWithSize TestWebKitAPI.WKWebView.ClearStaleAppCache TestWebKitAPI.WKWebView.LocalStorageFetchDataRecords TestWebKitAPI.WKWebView.LocalStorageNoRecordAfterGetItem These six are filed together because they fail for the same reason, in the same runs. Each test clears all website data first, later fetches the data records, and gets exactly one record more than it expects: WKWebsiteDataStore.RemoveAndFetchData expects 0, gets 1 WKWebsiteDataStore.RemoveDataWaitUntilWebProcessesExit expects 0, gets 1 WKWebsiteDataStorePrivate.FetchWithSize expects 1, gets 2 WKWebView.ClearStaleAppCache expects 0, gets 1 WKWebView.LocalStorageFetchDataRecords expects 1, gets 2 WKWebView.LocalStorageNoRecordAfterGetItem expects 0, gets 1 RemoveDataWaitUntilWebProcessesExit logs the type of its extra record: WKWebsiteDataTypeScreenTime. The other five don't log types, but each of them fetches a set of types that includes WKWebsiteDataTypeScreenTime. Looks like something writes a WKWebsiteDataTypeScreenTime record, which is then stuck on the machine forever, poisoning test results?

Probably triggered by enabling Screen Time in 320705@main. Then one bot started filling on 9/17, and another on 9/27.
