bugzilla-tool "builders are red" error should tell you which builders

ERROR: Builders at build.webkit.org are red, please do not commit.  Pass --ignore-builders to bypass this check.

Just like how http://webkit-commit-queue.appspot.com/ tells you which builders are red.
