See https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/11669 An emerging spec for new HTML methods (streamHTML{Unsafe}, beforeHTML, etc), allowing running scripts with SetHTMLUnsafeOptions, integration with sanitizer & trusted types. Using this as an umbrella bug, feel free to distribute to individual sub-features as you see fit
