What happens in Epiphany: no sideways text on button elements

Set 

```
writing-mode: vertical-rl
```

on both a `div` and a `button`. All fine for the `div`, but  not for `button` in Epiphany (same goes for Epiphany TP).

This doesn't seem to be happening in actual Safari, not in any version newer than Safari 17 - see replies to my question asking about it:

I think 2 weeks back - Tim Ng made this commit - https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/1827fb80db1ee67ed98c2552017108c475985515, which may or may not solve this for Epiphany in future.

I'm currently seeing this issue with other controls like range inputs in Epiphany too, even if newer Safari versions don't seem to have this problem anymore.

Yes - I think vertical form controls were disabled on non-Apple port till two weeks ago and now with above, change at least on platform which uses `THEME_ADWAITA`, it will work. I will let WebKitGTK folks answer with more authority + clarity but I know it is just recent change.
