Provide a Web Inspector platformSave implementation for WPE so that network sessions can be exported as har.

Without a way to interact with the local web inspector (as opposed to the remote one) this is not required nor useful. Closing.

I can use ctrl+shift+i to open the local web inspector, and then the changes are useful
