rdar://168941907 Add support for the new commands and capability outlined in https://github.com/w3c-fedid/digital-credentials/pull/381 These commands include: 1. Simulating a data payload returned from the wallet UI, indicating that the user completed the flow. The next call to `navigator.credentials.get()` will use this payload. 2. Simulate a user waiting indefinitely in the wallet UI. 3. Simulate a user declining a request.
