WebDriver: Add feature flag to support Get Accessible Node command Interop Accessibility 2025 (https://github.com/web-platform-tests/interop-accessibility/issues/148) includes an investigation into extending WebDriver capabilities and allowing more robust WPT accessibility testing besides role/label.
