Created attachment 476222 [details] Crash log This is the same as https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290985 but that one has been closed as "FIXED" when it isn't. I asked for that bug to be re-opened but as my request has been ignored I am forced to open a new one. For full details refer to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290985 with logs and full steps to reproduce. Attached is a crash log using macOS 15.6 and a Mac Mini M4 using Eclipse.

Same for me, our Eclipse-based Product crashes when working with JavaDoc, which is opened via JavaDoc view or hover tooltip (as described in the reproduction ways).

Thank you for raising this! Just to clarify, is it only macOS 15.6, or do you have reports from macOS 15.5 as well?

Fair enough, it was indeed mentioned that 15.5 was affected too. Sorry for missing that, it's a long story with multiple bugs (and of course additional history around getting the WebKit fixes into Apple releases). We'll definitely take another look.

Let's just reopen the original bug, since it was clearly never fixed. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 290985 ***
