is a constant image failure observed on macOS Sequoia wk2 observed on intel chips

History indicates this test was passing consistently on macOS Sequoia 15.3, but when we updated our infrastructure to macOS Sequoia 15.5, it was a constant failure on intel. Given this, it looks like it may have regressed in macOS Sequoia 15.4.
