Several IPC messages perform multiple copies of (often) large strings and other data types. We don't need to do so.

Reopening because this created a large performance regression in an internal benchmark on iOS.

Note: This patch has a bug in `WebPageProxy::didReceiveTitleForFrame`. where it is moving the `title` twice. That is likely the cause of the API test that was failing.
