Under certain circumstances, WebKitTestRunnerApp will load in either: - A system extension - The WebContentCaptivePortalExtension instead of WebContentExtension (+ from the system) This requires some changes in `ProcessLauncherCocoa.mm` to resolve. We need to ensure we're always specifying the correct bundle ID for each extension so that BrowserEngineKit and LaunchServices both know where to look and what to resolve.
