REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on the iOS 18.2 simulator at ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator fast/events/autoscroll-with-software-keyboard.html --iterations 10

REGRESSION:

This test began failing more consistently when moved from iOS 17 to iOS 18.
