This test is constantly failing on Sequoia wk2 Release on Macmini8,1 with x86_64.

REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this failure on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70 / x86_64) at ToT with the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/mediacapture-insertable-streams/VideoTrackGenerator-with-window-tracks.https.html --iterations 5

REGRESSION:

Contextual information indicates the probable regression point is 288610@main. The code paths changed in this commit appear to be related to the observed regression test failure. 

According to the results dashboard, the regression appears to be in the range: 288610@main - 288617@main. However, I was unable to produce a passing result locally, within or before this range.
