imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/fullscreen/rendering/fullscreen-root-block-size.html

The test is a  flaky failure for the viewable flakiness dashboard history. 

This issue can be reproduced using command:
run-webkit-tests --release --no-retry --force -1 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --iterations=1000 imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/fullscreen/rendering/fullscreen-root-block-size.html
