Looking at https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=fast%2Fanimation%2Frequest-animation-frame-throttling-lowPowerMode.html, it appears that this test is reliably failing only on the "Sequoia D site-isolation Release on Macmini9,1 with arm64" bot, so perhaps this failure is specific to site isolation somehow?

Moving to the Layout & Rendering component since this is about requestAnimationFrame() and not animations.
