https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221124 tracked removing the clamping for setTimeout. This bug tracks doing the same for setInterval. Firefox already does not clamp. Chromium is planning to stop clamping setInterval: https://chromestatus.com/feature/5072451480059904
