Add support for srgb-linear to PredefinedColorSpace as other UAs support this and it is a requested feature

This is still missing from GPUPredefinedColorSpace, which should really be removed from the specification and replaced with PredefinedColorSpace Re-titling to remove GPUPredefinedColorSpace
