This patch was incomplete. It did not add the IDL for the `FontFaceSetLoadingEvent` object, or implement relevant logic to create/emit these events. Frederik Wang had largely completed this work in Bug 184138, which would have been a good start for this patch. After this caused bugs with the Apple Music website, Simon updated and incorporated Frederik's work into Bug 304091.
