Are all constantly failing on sequoia ProxyConfigurationAuthentication is a Timeout, the regression point is not easily determined as we just started testing on this queue.

We should re-disable this test. It's unfortunate that folks are having trouble reproducing this locally. I wonder if it will reproduce with 'TestWebKitAPI.WebKit' instead of just the specific test.
