This is still broken, but only on visionOS 1.x, so unlikely to impact anyone. I will install a 1.2 SDK to see what is occurring

Still failing on the debug builder, but unable to reproduce locally. I think we are migrating this bot to visionOS 2.0 soon, we might not need to fix this

Reopened Bugzilla. WebXR WebGPU bindings are non-functional due to this commit, tracking revert in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280716.
