There are a few uses of var(--console-prompt-min-height) in styles that aren't related to the Console Prompt. They're mostly used just a way to get the same dimension for visually pleasing results (LayerDetailsSidebarPanel.css) or obsolete (NavigationSidebarPanel.css). Audit and replace / remove these as needed.
