After 280706@main introduced WebKitTestRunnerWS, run-webkit-tests scripts fails to capture a crash log if the crash happens before SetUnhandledExceptionFilter. For example, crashes in JSC::initialize() and WebKit::InitializeWebKit2() aren't captured.
