This commit: - Updates all the layers for the targets to the last version of the stable scarthgap Yocto version - This means a new chromium version is built (now is 126.0.6478.126; previous was 124.0.6367.207) - gtk4 is built into the image now and there is enough libx11 support to build cog with all the platform plugins
