Stop soft-linking UIKit in Source/WebKit/WebProcess/cocoa/WebProcessCocoa.mm for _UIApplicationCatalystRequestViewServiceIdiomAndScaleFactor(). This method has been available on MacCatalyst since macOS 12 (and some versions of macOS 11.x).
