Version: iOS/Safari 17.2.1

This previously worked on iOS 17.1.2

As a user using safari on an iphone
When I am listening to an audio chapter/file in safari
I want to be able to continue listening to the audio with safari running in the background (ie at the homescreen, locked or using another app)
When the audio/chapter reaches the end
I want to change the src to the next audio/chapter
And play automatically

On iOS/Safari 17.2.1 playing the next chapter does not allow play automatically

Actions:
* Open Safari
* Play audio player
* Open another app or go to home screen
* Audio still plays
* When audio ends

Expected:
* Next audio file is loaded
* Next audio file plays

Actual:
* Next audio file is loaded
* Next audio file does not playing

Questions:
1. Is this an intentional update
2. If not, is there a possible fix in iOS 17.3.0
