svn-apply fails to fix ChangeLog for attachment: https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=31852 Normally it correctly moves the changelog bits around which Git gets wrong... Maybe it's because bugzilla-tool posted the patches in the reverse order that they were made in? (known bug).
