Steps to reproduce: 1. Open any page 2. Use the “Menu” key in the keyboard Expected outcome: The page context menu opens in a position close to the mouse cursor, or if an input element has focus it may appear near the I-beam cursor. Actual outcome: The page context menu is always opened at the top-left position of the GTK window. Additional information: Bug found running under Wayland, I haven't tested X11 yet.

Still happening in 2.46.x and ToT (tested 284921@main)
