This PR is merged, and while it seems to be related, it's for bug 255924. What does this bug track?

This bug tracks doing some updates to the test cases introduced in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=255924 to move away from Perl and use the newer testing framework.

This was not the highest priority, so I landed that with the current tests and was going to update them in the future.
