[ Mac wk1 ] fullscreen/full-screen-iframe-with-max-width-height.html times out after user activation change

After bug #258696 lands, the test will fail because the cross-origin iframe will no longer receive a user-activation. Previously, it would be activated by the mouseup event, because the mousedown event does not propagate into the iframe.
