Fix css/css-typed-om/the-stylepropertymap/properties/flood-opacity.html to match the latest specification: - https://drafts.fxtf.org/filter-effects/#FloodOpacityProperty - https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color-5/#typedef-alpha-value The specification allows percentages.
