When I try to install the Web Inspector I'll get this message
Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "CFHTTPCookieIsHTTPOnly" wurde in der DLL "CFNetwork.dll" nicht gefunden. 
I've reinstalled Safari but nothing changed.

Nightly builds of Safari on Windows require the Safari 4 Beta.  Please update to it and try again.
