Enable more http tests - namely the security, plugins, and ssl tests, adding the failing tests to the Skipped file for now. This should bring us up to 220 tests passing in http/tests. Lastly, also removed fast/canvas/gradient-empty-path.html from the Skipped list which's already been removed in 39288.

Landed in r41514. fast/canvas/gradient-empty-path.html removal landed in r41515. Thanks!
