Description: imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/browsers/browsing-the-web/unloading-documents/004.html The first failure that I saw on the dashboard was on 4/1/2022 at r292225. This test has been a flaky timeout for its entire history on the dashboard for release and debug. The test usually averages about 27 seconds, but occasionally will go to about 37 seconds causing the timeout. Verified marking the test as slow is okay with Chris and now the test is continuously passing.
