After 'git webkit pr' creates the PR, it should print the pr url in the terminal output. Just after creating the PR from command-line tool, many users would want to navigate to the PR webpage to review it one more time. We should make it easy for them to find the pr url by printing it right there in the 'git webkit pr' command output.
