Follow-up to Bug 233563 - Web Inspector: Computed Panel: Group CSS variables by value type

Use the list of supported CSS unit types from `WI.CSSCompletions.lenghtUnits` to more strictly match CSS variables with values of CSS sizes like 10px, 100hv, 100lvmax, etc.
