TestWebKitAPI.PrivateClickMeasurement.DaemonBasicFunctionality is timing out on Big Sur and Catalina release bots

Big Sur:

    TestWebKitAPI.PrivateClickMeasurement.DaemonBasicFunctionality
        Load failed: 5: Input/output error
        Failed to connect to mach service org.webkit.pcmtestdaemon.service, likely because it is not registered with launchd

Catalina:

    TestWebKitAPI.PrivateClickMeasurement.DaemonBasicFunctionality
        /var/folders/d7/z3v0pfy14110vjgv_00m5js40000gn/T/EventAttributionDaemonTest/DaemonInfo.plist: service already loaded
        Failed to connect to mach service org.webkit.pcmtestdaemon.service, likely because it is not registered with launchd

This test was recently added as part of https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/283559/webkit, it passed the first few runs but now appears to be timing out.
