A bunch of canvas test moved directories in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/23996. When we re-imported canvas WPTs in bug 229750, these old files were left behind. We can remove them since they all now live under html/canvas/element/manual/.

This patch modifies the imported WPT tests. Please ensure that any changes on the tests (not coming from a WPT import) are exported to WPT. Please see https://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WPTExportProcess
